• This machine is ideal for screen printing with UV inks of various colors, as well as for hot stamping, labeling and other decorative processes on plastic bottles—whether they are round, oval, square or of other shapes.

• Driven by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables smooth 360-degree printing. It also comes with remote management and service capabilities, aligning with Industry 4.0 standards.

• Featuring electrical components from well-known brands, an intuitive touchscreen and a PLC control system, the machine delivers reliable performance.

• With a highly customizable modular design, the machine can be linearly connected to form a 1-8 color printing system.

• As standard, the machine includes a screen printing module and a UV curing module. Notably, the screen printing function can be swapped out for hot stamping or labeling as needed.

• For enhanced versatility, the machine can be connected to independent modules such as hot stamping, labeling and quality inspection units, integrating into a multi-functional printing solution.

Optional Configuration

• Plasma Surface Treatment Function: This function uses low-temperature plasma to clean and activate container surfaces (like glass perfume bottles or metal jars), removing impurities and boosting adhesion for subsequent printing or labeling.

• Hot Stamping Function: This function transfers metallic/holographic foils onto containers (e.g., perfume bottle logos, jar brand names) via heat and pressure, creating a premium, wear-resistant decorative effect.

• Labeling Function: This function enables precise, automatic labeling of containers in various shapes (round bottles, square jars), ensuring neat alignment and consistent bonding for brand labels or product info.

• LED-UV Curing Function: This function uses LED-UV light to quickly cure UV inks/paints on printed containers, shortening drying time, enhancing color fastness, and supporting efficient continuous production.
