In terms of performance, it features intuitive and simple operation—equipped with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, key parameters (printing speed, pressure, color registration) can be set and adjusted visually, and new operators can master basic operations within 1-2 hours after simple training; it achieves high-precision positioning relying on a servo motor drive system and a photoelectric color registration sensor, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm, effectively avoiding pattern misalignment caused by machine vibration; it has a high degree of automation, integrating automatic workpiece feeding, synchronous color group adjustment, and post-printing material sorting, which reduces manual intervention by more than 60%; and it boasts fast printing speed, with a maximum continuous output of 300-500 pieces per hour, and the speed can be steplessly adjusted according to workpiece complexity, ensuring efficiency while maintaining printing quality.
