Machine Features:
Syringe Barrel Printer can be mechanical type or full servo type, the colors can be 1 -2 colors. The ink can be UV ink or normal ink as customer's requirement.Whether it is single-color product identification (e.g., batch numbers, production dates, or brand logos) or two-color pattern matching (e.g., color-coded specifications or decorative stripes), the equipment can achieve clear, uniform color rendering to ensure the readability and aesthetics of the printed content on syringe barrels.
There's vibrating tray tube unstramber to do automatic feeding, or you can choose manufal feeding.The system is equipped with a high-efficiency vibrating tray and a specialized tube unscrambling mechanism. The vibrating tray uses gentle vibration to neatly arrange disordered syringe barrels, and the unscrambling mechanism further adjusts the direction and posture of the barrels to ensure they are accurately fed into the printing station one by one. This mode significantly reduces manual intervention, minimizes labor costs, and maintains a stable feeding speed (up to [adjustable according to model] pieces per minute), effectively improving the overall production efficiency of the assembly line.
The machine adopts an integrated turntable design with complete functions, easy to operate.These components have undergone strict quality testing, with high wear resistance and anti-interference performance, effectively reducing the failure rate of the equipment and extending its service life.
