• LED-UV curing function:Adopting high-efficiency and energy-saving LED-UV light sources, this function can quickly cure UV inks or UV varnishes on the workpiece surface. Compared with traditional curing methods, it has the advantages of short curing time (usually only a few seconds), low energy consumption and no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emission. While greatly improving the production efficiency of the assembly line, it also ensures that the cured ink layer has excellent wear resistance, scratch resistance and color retention, maintaining the long-term aesthetics of the product.
