Machine Features
The machine is suitable for screen printing various colors of UV ink, hot stamping and other decorations on bottles, jars, caps and other shapes of products, which are made of plastic, metal, glass and other materials.
The machine is specially developed for small container printing,with compact structure and small footprint.
The machine features an integrated turntable design. All printing functions are completed with the same fixture, ensuring printing accuracy up to ±0.1mm and no product scratches.
Driven by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables 360-degree product printing and comes with remote management and service functions (Industry 4.0).
Adopting well-known brand electrical components and a PLC control system, the machine supports easy operation via touch screen and wireless tablet, with reliable performance.
