The SR1522 model is suitable for multi-color UV ink screen printing on the surface of various small circular tubular and cylindrical products, specifically applicable to: small-diameter round tubes with a diameter of 5-30mm, pens (such as ballpoint pens, markers), eyebrow pencils, lipstick casings, medical syringes, etc. It can accurately adapt to the curved surface printing needs of slender products.
The SR1522-F model is specially designed for square hard tubes, which can efficiently complete multi-color UV ink screen printing on square-section tubular products (such as square lipstick tubes, square pen holders, square ointment tubes, etc.), ensuring clear and flawless printing at the corners.
Both models adopt an integrated turntable design, integrating full-process functions such as automatic feeding, positioning calibration, multi-color overprinting, and UV curing. The operation interface is simple and clear, and parameter setting and mode switching can be completed through the touch screen. New operators can operate independently after simple training. The core electrical components are selected from internationally renowned brands such as Siemens and Schneider, combined with a high-precision PLC control system. The printing repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05mm, supporting stable operation for 8 consecutive hours with low failure rate, effectively ensuring production efficiency.

The SR1522 Automatic 2-Color Screen Printing Machine with UV Curing System is an automatic two-color screen printing equipment designed specifically for small cylindrical products, equipped with a UV curing system, and is particularly suitable for surface printing processing of syringes and eyebrow pencils.
